Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, you have 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging as received. For exchanges, please contact us at support@peragaaux.us and include photos if the sunglasses are defective or damaged.

Returns:

You have 30 days from the time your order is delivered to request a return. After this 30-day period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

Refunds may take 5-10 days to appear in your account due to processing times, including the time it takes us to receive the item and your bank to handle the transaction. If your sunglasses are defective or broken, please include photos with your return request. For returns, contact support@peragaaux.us.

Missing Package:

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please try the following steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors, as packages are sometimes delivered to the wrong address.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to see if they can help locate your package.
  3. If you've done the above and still can't find your package, email us at support@peragaaux.us.

International Shipping and Returns:

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not reimburse international return shipping fees. To initiate an international return, please email us at support@peragaaux.us so we can record your return in our system.

Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable. If your package is lost and you request a refund, shipping costs will not be included. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot confirm receipt of returned items without tracking.
